Do you serve areas outside Monroe and Erie County?
Our standard service area covers Erie County (Buffalo) and Monroe County (Rochester) along with their surrounding suburbs. For locations outside these areas, we can often make arrangements on a case-by-case basis — particularly for larger or more valuable rugs. Call us with your location and we'll let you know what we can do.
How far will you travel for a rug pick-up?
We regularly travel throughout the greater Buffalo and Rochester metro areas, covering communities like Amherst, Williamsville, East Aurora, Pittsford, Brighton, Canandaigua, and everywhere in between. For locations beyond our standard range, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Give us a call — we'll be straightforward about whether we can reach you.
Do you serve commercial businesses as well as homes?
Yes. We clean rugs for both residential and commercial clients. Whether it's a rug in a corporate lobby, a restaurant, a hotel, or a retail space, we provide the same pick-up, cleaning, and delivery service. For businesses with multiple rugs or recurring cleaning needs, call us to discuss scheduling that minimizes disruption.
Can I drop off my rug at your facility instead?
Absolutely. If you prefer to bring your rug to us directly, you're welcome to drop it off at our facility. Call ahead so we can expect you and have someone available to receive your rug and note any specific concerns. Drop-off can be a convenient option if you're nearby or if you'd like to discuss your rug's needs in person.
Do you offer service in the Finger Lakes region?
We serve several communities on the western edge of the Finger Lakes, including Canandaigua, Victor, and Honeoye Falls, as part of our standard Rochester-area coverage. For communities further east or south into the Finger Lakes region, contact us — we may be able to arrange pick-up depending on the distance and the scope of the job.
