How quickly do you respond to quote requests?
We respond to all quote requests within one business day — most are answered the same day they're received. For the most accurate quote, include your rug's approximate size, fiber type (if known), and any specific concerns like stains, pet odor, or damage. Photos are also helpful if you have them.
Can I schedule a specific pick-up time?
Yes. When you contact us, let us know your preferred date and time window. We schedule pick-ups Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm and do our best to accommodate your preference. We'll confirm the appointment and give you a heads-up before we arrive so you're not left waiting around.
Do I need an appointment to drop off a rug?
We recommend calling ahead before dropping off, just so we can make sure someone is available to receive your rug, document its condition, and discuss any specific needs. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, but a quick call ensures we're ready for you and can give your rug the attention it deserves from the start.
